New revolutionary meander bending machine at GREENoneTEC

In April 2011 GREENoneTEC has installed brand new state of the art manufacturing equipment - a fully automatic meander bending unit.

The new fully automatic bending machine with integrated robot unloading of the finished product has been developed together with a leading German machine tool builder and is capable of manufacturing up to 70 meanders per hour. A specially developed vertical bending capability where the single meander bend will be pushed upwards is unique to this machine. In return this delivers significant advantages and flexibility in comparison to common horizontally rotating table bending machines on the market. There are no inertia forces active because only one meander loop will be transported through the unit at the time. This has a positive effect on the quality of the meander loops due to the largely reduced forces - the geometry of the loops remains constant and permanent deformations are prevented. This leads to higher welding quality and efficiency. In addition GREENoneTEC can run the machine much faster which increases the manufacturing capacity significantly.
 
The new fully automatic bending machine once again puts GREENoneTEC in a leading position for high quality manufacturing technology. At this moment in time there is no other machine on the market which has the same technical features and capacities. In comparison, conventional bending machines have a capacity of 20 to 30 meander absorbers per hour.
