The 10 TRIGOS 2009 prize winners.
The TRIGOS is awarded annually at the initiative of the BKS Bank in the categories of workplace, market, society and ecology to small, medium-sized and large enterprises and is intended to honour those enterprises who accept their social responsibility far above the statutory level and who also actually live sustainability.
GREENoneTEC was able to win through against several competitors in the workplace category with its employee motivation package. To defend its pioneering role in the international solar market, GREEoneTEC invests in motivated employees. A broad bonus and motivation system was developed to reward, for example, "good ideas", the lowest fault rate or the cleanest workplace.
"We work constantly at continuing to develop our employee motivation programmes and also attach great importance to the advanced training of our employees. It is only by doing so that we will continue to maintain our position as a world market leader" says Mag. Michaela Luckmann, Head of Human Resources, delighted at winning the TRIGOS trophy.
