The Primus Economic Award - the major prize of the Carinthian economy - was awarded this year for the first time and is intended as a mark of outstanding achievement, of the economic diversity of the Carinthian region and as a symbol of confidence. The region's showcase companies were selected in a total of 5 categories. Among them was GREENoneTEC, honoured in the "responsibility" category for its' employee bonus and incentive scheme.
For example, every employee suggestion at GREENoneTEC that is submitted, implemented and rolled out is rewarded. Last year alone, 150,000 euros were paid out to employees. Each quarter, all those employees whose error rate is below 0.2% or who have the tidiest workstation receive an award.
"Our employees are our most important success factor. They enable us to be innovative, productive and successful even under increasingly tough conditions. That is why we attach the same importance to devising employee motivation schemes", Robert Kanduth explained, beaming with pleasure at the award.
